I have not been in Toronto for quite a while. Did not find that attractive to visit. Good what I came. City changed.

Changed for better. Still same CN Tower. Still very tall.

Just around is so nice! Many places where you can hang out, have a drink. Eat a nice meal. Like this converted train roundhouse. Museum on one side, restaurants on the other.

Walk north and you will hit a University of Toronto grounds.

May be not as old and as famous as Princeton university but holding its grounds pretty well.

You can grab a cup of coffee from small cafe on the wheels near main greens.

Enjoy some sculptures which are placed around without distracting harmony

Next to university you will find a Queen’s park which is absolutely beautiful during fall.

30 min north of UofT there are a York University which is more utilitarian and modern but still has it charm.

You can get there by Metro so you will not miss University Station

If you would have more time, travel to Agu Khan Museum of Islam which is a must to see.

Typically, more southern cities tend to have a good Zoo’s but Toronto beat many of them. So, if you want to spend a time in super clean, well maintained and super interesting Zoo, you will need a car but it worth the troubles.

On our way back home, we stopped at Letchworth State Park, NY even in late autumn it looks breathtaking.

And Toronto – I will be back 🙂
