Wake up at 3am, pick up backpack full of gears and driving to Newark airport. 4hrs flight and I am in Dallas. Breakfast another 40min and landing in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Picking up a car and race is started. Race against the Sun.
2hrs drive and I am at VLA …

After spending a night at Socorro I am heading to Arizona. First stop is Petrified Forrest…

With its Blue Mesa, which look like some other planet …

Night in Page. Wake up at 5am to see Horseshoe Viewpoint …

And finally let’s go underground to Carlsbad caverns …

Trip is almost over but we have a few places to visit in Albuquerque. One is National Museum of Nuclear Energy with impressive outside display of most powerful weapons in the world.

And of course a historical downtown. Which may be not impressive as one in Santa Fe or cute as Old Mesilla near las Cruces but still have its charm.

Too bad I did not had a time to enjoy another set of enchiladas and had to ride to airport to catch flight back.
Originally I did not plan to create some video but at the end I realized what I do have something which worth to be put together. Here it comes …
