If you take MTR to Tsing Yi station and after bus NR330 (Exit C) and get off at very first stop. You will end up by entrance to Park Island estate. Actually big but beautiful and very quiet residence. Near will be a Ma Wan Tung Wan Beach. In just a 5 min walk, you would end up at the very end of Pan Yan road near bus terminus (NR331). You will see interesting road slightly downhill. Walk there and it will like magical gate to place where time is not longer moves.

Once it was small typical small fisherman’s Hong Kong village.

Something came, something changed. People left. Time froze.

It became a real ghost town. Full of magic and special kind of beauty. There are still some people living there. Not many. Vast majority of houses are totally run down , some still retain original glory.

This place is magnet for everyone who has artistic spark inside they soul. Art photographers, inspiring artists, wedding photo sessions. Even art classes doing some project there.

No, it is not creepy or some sort of dangerous. It has two small playgrounds for kids, public bathrooms – all maintained and clean. Just surroundings are very special. Even little harbour is also keeping its own ghosts.

Seems like residents, who lives near by, love this place. They come to fish, take stroll around, play with they pets.

But in the end, it is still a ghost town.
