Friday I took a day off. Had a quick breakfast at Fairwood. It was simple but absolutely decent one. Took an early train to Tung Chung, then Bus 11 to Tai O. Got of at Fat Hwa Yuen. A hidden road will be on you right.

According to the map, it would lead to a small cluster of Buddhist temples. In reality, it leads to a different world.

A world of calmness, serenity and beauty of nature.

Full of butterflies, birds and all kinds of flowers that are hard to describe by words.

Each is so special and unique

Even the ones that running out of blossom and already drying up are still magical.

Of course, you will see temples. Some are abandoned, some are just renovated, but they all are active.

I spent a few hours just walking around this relatively short path, wondering around these magical places, listening to birds and sounds of nature, looking up at occasional planes flying by.
Here some slides with sounds.
