B&W photos. Sometimes it is hard, sometimes it is easy. Colors? No Colors? I do not have an opinion. It depends. Depends on a subject. Situation. Light. On my mood, how I do see what is in front of me at this moment. I know only one thing – before I decide to make it B&W I should like it in color.
I do not like to challenge myself. I am lazy but I did today. Panasonic GX9 with Leica 15/1.7, in L Monochrome D mode and me. We both ventured to Central district of fabulous Hong Kong in the early morning.

It was interesting to see how it will go. Recently I watched Japanese Style Photography, the art of Moriyama Daido and it made me rethink few things. No, it will not convert me to be a big fan of Wabi-sabi, but now pictures like this one make sense to me.

It is what I see every day when I go to work. Over time my memories will fade and I will have just a faint sense of feelings that I am experiencing now.
Two shots, two ladies, same tree. Which one do you like more? Or dislike less?

I like both. Different things. Denim jacket and colors of building outline in one. Strong lines in another.

The more I take pictures, the more I realize – B&W is about people.
We all are going somewhere …

Carrying something …
